In this Privacy Policy we refer to our websites, and other related services collectively as our "Services".  Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply when you use the websites of Activision, Blizzard, King or their other group companies.

Any third party to which Activision Blizzard Media transfers of sells Activision Blizzard Media's assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

3.2 We may also share your information with our service providers if necessary to enable them to provide services to us.
